Earlier WCSC had several websites for their organization. Maintenance, Update & Backup was the major issues. Later India Internet Ready has brought all website under one website with easy to update and maintain the content.
Key objectives of the website:
- All the products [Books, CD, DVD & Stickers] whatever WCSC wants to sell online, should be listed with correct description, photo and prices.
- List all information related to Donations in various formats with address, cheque and wire details
- All the courses offered by the WCSC to be listed with details
- All the WCSC centers and other details to be listed with search and location map
- WCSC initiatives/projects need to showcase with photos and videos
- Designing a page the founder with all the content related to Vethathiri Maharishi, history, Life, Teachings and Speeches.
- All videos and images to be loaded with playlist / album
CUSTOMER DETAILS
In 1958 Vethathiri Maharishi founded the World Community Service Centre (WCSC), a non-profit registered society with a view to work towards World Peace through individual peace.
As of today, more than 400 trusts and about 2023 Sub Centers have been registered and affiliated to WCSC in India and thousands of people have benefited physically, mentally, socially and spiritually from the teachings and practices.
From 1972 to 1993, he traveled abroad annually, lecturing and teaching extensively in Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and U.S.A.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
- Our first goal is to make sure the existing content is migrated to the new CMS, and then revised design for each section and it become a combination of 7 micro sites.
- We proposed WordPress content management system with multisite set-up for creating and maintaining the 7 micro sites
- To sell products online, we integrated Woocommerce, a popular eCommerce platform with online payment
- Customized Fund-raising Tool-kit that provides more flexible to accept donations and manage donors online.
- With the help of course-press, all the courses need to structure and launch kayakalpam online

Woocommerce
We integrate Woocommerce and create a dedicated online store that allows to sell unlimited products through website with multiple Payment options(Credit / Debit card, offline) and Weight based shipping rate for different states in India.
MIGS Payment Gateway
We build an extention tool to connect Migs Payment Gateway to online store & online donation which helps to make payment securely using mastercards.
Mailchimb
We integrated MailChimp account with website and oneline store that allows us to send out email campaigns to a list of email subscribers. This acts as a bridge between our website and MailChimp account, connecting the two together.
Google Analytics
We took the pain out of connecting with Google Analytics and made it easy and allow us to track website visitors easily and always stay up to date with the newest features in Google Analytics.
SUPPORT
India Internet Ready has been providing support over the last 4 years for update, maintenance, backup, security and migration.
We keep the website safe and automatically protect against attacks, monitor website, protects from brute force attacks. Our support and deliverables has ensured compliance for the IT system by external audits.
